Over the past few days, I've actually had two very unbecoming dreams. Firstly, that my sister got a freaking pink (in the shade that has yet to exist) i-pod. Secondly, somehow or rather, when my parents were out of town, some bandits "landed" their helicopter in our balcony after kidnapping my godparents. =_=' sigh. To think that I was beginning to believe I had a streak of sanity somewhere deep in me! Darn.
The unbreakable bond
I just changed my bed sheets last night. Deciding to pamper myself, I put on a bed sheet, then a quilt. On top of that, I had two sets of comforters, four pillows and a bolster. You have absolutely no idea how amazing my bed is. However, down side of that whole "changing the sheets" scenario was that I noticed how I only had a few bed sheets to rotate. My bed, being a California King Size also means not being able to get normal sized sheets or buying sheets in normal departmental stores. *pfft* Sucks. I know. So one of the few I have was the set an Aunty bought for me from America. What's even worse about having the set is that the actual pillow sizes for the @#$%^&^%$##$%^ California King sized bed is approximately TWO TIMES LARGER than our fluffiest pillows we have in town! *frowns* So every time I try to fit my pillows in, I am just reminded of how tiny my pillows are! :(
Then again, if I am not contented with what I already have, i'll never be happy. Oh you and i'll bet I freaking !@#$%^&*()(*&^%$# love my bed! Why? When I talk to it, it doesn't gossip behind my back. When I hit it out of anger, it does not retaliate. It comforts me, takes care of me, keeps me warm, etc etc. Oh my gosh. That's as gay as i'm getting today! haha. Anyway, it is so comfy, I could just lie there all day long. A friend of mine says it's my sanctuary. Haha. I'm not denying that, am I? In fact, it's so comfy, you can't touch it. If you haven't bathe or wash your legs, move out of the way. Thanks. Oh and you're welcome! haha.
On a lighter note, want a pillow? Since the GE is nearly over, I'm glad to know i'm not the only one who enjoys dozing off!
By the way, has anyone noticed that lightning is usually followed by the rumblings of the thunder? I'm a chicken when it comes to sleeping alone in my room (in the silence of the night), and its past midnight and the flashes of lightnings warn you about the upcoming rollingstones thunder. Plus, the curtains in my room are day curtains and are pretty much transparent. Therefore, they're not exactly the most exciting to have to face them at nightfall. Don't get me wrong. I love them, I do. Why? Because I love the way the sunlight seeps through them in the day. :)
Today was a "Good morning beautiful" day. Was convinced to get out of my bed by the one and only. haha. Went to Kiara, it seems, to exercise! I felt nauseous when I got there. I didn't dare to tell the guys that I was nauseous cos I kickstarted my day with 3 slices of bread with butter and tuna! :O Emergency toilet break!!! haha. I love the guys who somehow or rather put up with my nonsense (or not). :)
Anyway, we rushed home because my friend had to rush to college, and I had an appointment to keep! My aunt and cousin are staying at my place. We had a retail therapy session planned for today. Now now people. We don't go back on our words when it comes to retail therapy! ;p haha. Oh and Joshua, i'm sorry I didn't come to surprise you! Have a blessed birthday alright? Last year before not being a teenager anymore! haha. Oh and Joshua would be the first name I have consciously typed onto this blog. =/
In conclusion of this post, I was going to go about swooning about how awesome he was today. But, I think i'll just bear in mind the man that was behind him all the while. Thank God. :) Oh and anyway, i saw some baby bumps today! That sure was fast! Time flies! :) Besides all that excitement, my puppies have grown! Their eyes have open and they're currently taking the most vital steps in their life (or so I think they are).
I shall be off for now. Going to go for vigil tomorrow night. No more gigi besi? haha.
