Trying to get it chronologically correct.

From days of not knowing each other, per se, to being stranded in the boat together, without 'em oars. The only thing I can thank them cousins for, literally, is you. Because if it weren't for 'em cousins, we STILL wouldn't be friends. Ah life and all its likes.

When we were still normal and doing post-high school stuff like dying hair, and stopping our visits to the gym. FOLs.

To cutting our hair. No. To chopping our hair off. =_= THANK GOD ONCE IN A LIFETIME ONLY. Major MLS move. Please refer to first to pictures of this post for nice long hair pics. =_= Because the picture is so horrid (me), so I made it really small; just wanted to remind you of the far more embarrassing pictures we've taken. =_= *shy. And to all the crazy pictures we've taken (most of which I think I used up to decorate your last birthday present). Technically, no new loser-face pictures and lame lame hair style poses means we're starting to mature, right? Well the answer is no - we still have a lot of pics of that sort, but I think we'll spare everyone the misery. =_= More so me and my round moon face.

Thanks for letting me tell you everything. Literally every damn thing. And thanks for sharing stories with me so that I know i'm not alone. *dark and twisted moment*

Okay la. So you're 21 and older than me (as usual) :0, and I got you something for your birthday. If you don't like it T_T, blame Marc Philip. Yes. Blame him even though he's in Melb. If you like it, thank me ok. :D

HAPPY BIRTHDAY WOMAN. xx

BFF (I feel so juvenile saying that, but seriously, BFF)

Joshua baby flies to two!

One of the only things that kept me sane during the exam period! Oh the joy of kiddy parties and not having to do the chicken dance! Ah-mah-zing. Joshua's birthday party was held at the Club, where they have like this massive slide that leads to this normal swimming pool omg I can't believe I just realised that I didn't take a picture of it. =_= meh. Okay the birthday party wasn't in the pool; it was a poolside party (technically, but not really). We were in the aircon hall next to the poolside, which meant pretty sun view and watching fun stuff happening WITHOUT hearing the children screaming or sweating!!! Fav #1. Es un placer!

Anyway, forgive the quality of my pictures - I uploaded them in Picasa and the quality's so cacat. Not about to re-upload them, so yes! Bare with me! At least I hope it'll load faster? :p

So maybe I just grabbed that picture off their website! Did I mention they apparently have paintball there too!? ANYWAY, do you see that blue twirly slide at the end? Seriously, why didn't Tropicana have that kinda slide when I used to go swimming!!! Kids nowadays are so spoilt! I have a good mind set on trying that slide someday soon (yeah right - my "someday"s never come! =_=). Oh welllllll. So you see, Joshua's in this phase of loving airplanes, so his parents went all out to make sure everything was in line with his favourite, which included L and I pasting toy planes all over all the glass and putting plane-themed cupcakes on all the tables! =_= It was all worth the work when baby boy came in and yelled "飞机"!!

Cheche Jess made his birthday cake look like his favourite toy plane. =_= srslyyyy.

Seeeee! Plane cupcake chocolates! :) :) So tempted to try them before people came lor!

Plane cookies and chocs and more cupcakes! All handmade my cheche Jess!

Major deco going on!
*getting too lazy to caption ad!*

Oo0o0oh. Presents for all the kids that came! Haha. Major cute.

Quiero presentarte a mi amigo Joshua!
Baby Joshua not so baby anymore!

He used to drink from a bottle, but now he can feed himself! :D

Mommy and Aunty going on with his interview before bubu chachacha came. You'll find out who bubu chachacha is later in this post. haha. What a name right!!!

Joshua and granny!

With mommy!

And daddy!

I really can't remember the dude's name, but I swear it was something like bubu chachacha or something in that line, which was not hilarious or even funny to begin with. I can't remember the last time I watched one of these clowns! Nevertheless, I'll give him credit for being able to keep the kids (and their mommas) entertained, doing super model-ly catwalks and stuff like that. Also, all the games were in line with the theme of Joshua's "flying to two" birthday celebration! Quite cool!! Oh and he came dressed up like a pilot from of ol'. =_=

Below are illustrations of model-ly catwalks and stuff like that, which I mentioned. Super sporting can!!

Then of course, Joshua had his share of fun doing all sorts of crazy stunts, falling down, body slamming himself against his cousin's privates (uhm yeah), which ended with his cousin yelping out loud. Good laughs.

Dear Joshua, maybe when you're a lot older and we don't go to parks anymore, or just take random car rides, i'll show you my blog. Meh. What an awesome God-sister. =_= *shy.

Joshua flies to tw0! :)

` OH YES EXAMS OVER I CAN BREATHE AND SLEEP IN PEACE TQ

SO EXAMS MADE ME FAT.
Okay maybe I was fat before, but yeah.
urgh.

Okayy so maybe i'm more than just aBIT late, but Happy-Turning-Aunty-Meliaaaaa! There's this weird thing about high school people. Meeting them after such a long time (like over a year), it's like no one left; but of course half of them don't even study here anymore!? Everyone's as cranky crazy as ever. =_= Lydia super shy with the boys around *cough Des cough taktaumaluuu*. But I think it's just that they're exactly the same! I see these people when ... Someone's having a birthday, or ... when Manda is back, and well, never. haha. It's always a whole bunch of surprises and memories, like how Des and I were talking about me skipping school on Mondays, and all the things the crazy Brownies would say. Haha. Browny days. Twin days with Chris. Oh and Des grew a mane (ftw!). And we ended the night with haphazard and constantly changing plans - super fail! We ended up mat rempiting, before "enjoying" KL. heh.

Some of the pictures I grabbed from Mabel's fb. THANKS Mabel!
Happy turning Aunty, Amelia Tan! :D
It's about time!

` of ribs and sharks fin and good company & ten minutes early

I
Need
A
New
Eyeliner.

Period.

So I went for L che's big day. It was like a mini reunion of all the uhm family friends thingamajig of like eight to 12 years ago? Yeahhhh. And everyone goes "When's your turn?", when in fact, i'm not the next one in line. You see there's Teri, Maki, Kiki, Jobos, Jo and very many more - my point is, just not me. Can? Just that they weren't present today - so fml. The people I saw today - omgsh pls shoot me - thanks. Yeah. Oh and Evie's back from UQ. So fast! I remember her just leaving only! All the people I met at the washroom!! Saw XiaoWen today too *pinch cheeks*.

Me, XiaoWen, her Mom
After a few questions
So how old are you now?
Seven!
No, actually she's turning five only.
Really, you're seven?
Yes i'm seven!!! :) :D
*her mom shakes head in dismay.

How not to pinch cheeks please! I remember her not being able to speak English at all, last time! hmmm.

Now i'll never forget this event, will I? And who says he's good looking! I gained weight and well, so has he!! *snubs. :) LOL. Days of not wanting to say hi to random Canadians. Gee S.

Oh and me wore diamond ring - I love wearing these stuff to dinners. I hope it gets stuck on my finger cos my finger's so fat, so i'll never have to take it off. o.0 Sister wore pearl necklace and I teased her saying that she'd better make sure it stayed on her neck, cos if it didn't, by the end of the night she'd find her neck hanging of something else. Yes. Days of dressups and dolls and reminisince of how Jobo, Leo, Teri, Mel (apparently in Vegas now) and Tricia used to be my idols cos they were in high school and I was like what, nine, or ten? Yeah. And I swear I never forgot the time one of them wrote an entire letter to read from, to scold a boy. Yes. Well, Mark's tall, but not dark as specified by Leo (at the age of 14!) and such; and this is gonna be the last time he's gonna have the upper hand, quoting T. Yesssssssssssh. SERIOUS (pronounced seh-rai-yers) and the "omg high fiveeee" moments - Omg. I was eight. Was. Overnight, i'm old, and yeah. Well, we'll see each other next September la hor.

Which reminds me of one of the years where we dressed up all our dads as Ms America, Ms India and such, with balloons as fake boobs. OMG WE WERE YOUNGER. *faints* Oh and they had to go through re-constructive surgery to fix their boobs cos the balloons popped - ahhhhh. Now this is news.

Oh and Happy Birthday Boyf! :D Sayang bangat and i'm glad you liked itttt :)

Hmmm... Also I have this bulging tummy, which dad says "looks just fine!" even when I don't suck in. hmph. Damn shy ok; men, sometimes. Le sigh. I actually came online to blog about something. I can't remember what - so I guess this is it. Till I use my own comp and upload pictures.

Yeah. The little red dress.

` you are FULCRUM in my eyes

Mm. 17th with them sixers who dragged me out against my will with me sucumbbing only cos they came from various parts of the world and cos I blew their lunch plans. Sorreh. Was very lazy with the pictures cos well I was ready to sleep and looked like (bluegh), and that's putting it mildly. Very mildly. 18th was surprise murprise cos Charles was back from uk for a week. Sayang bangat! 19th with the CT and Marc scolding me about going shopping in Gardens and being late - all Laura's fault. fml. Lol. Oh and Marc's gift to me? Winning my (lost from the beginning) Monopoly game. Eh I damn loser, can? Dunno how to play. =_= Oh and thank you for cleaning the whole condo -very niceeee. Oh and the condo looked like we were celebrating Hari Raya cos they decorated it in my favourite colour - green - and made me a crown with my name on it - and I wore green that day =_= :) Well, and the rest at school too. Thanks. :) And i'm not showing any pictures of any of my cakes. Yerrrrr. I swear I won't forget all of you and all my cakes. =_= hmph. Lol

That's Ian during mass dress day themed Baju Melayu (I think?). He's the only one out of seven of us or rather most of the people in our class (possibly the entire class, actually) who takes part in all mass dress days. Yeah. From beach wear to this. Except that he wore his sleeping pants for this and turned a lot of heads - girls were shamelessly pointing at him and wasted no effort in concealing their laughter. Then again, we all laughed first thing in the morning when we saw him. Oh weeelllll. Sleeping pakcik pants. Yeahhh. :)

Sorry J, no royalty for photos of your drum set, even if the number of your (very uncountable) cymbals (which I use as ancient-Chinese-hat-looking thingamajigs) trump that of BT and many others! Ten thumbs up for your creativity though, cantik bangat. :) I like.

So anyway, I had my BioP test last week. fml. I spelt Vagus as Vegus. Kill me please. And there were quite a few questions on my favourite topic - DNA. Since I "knew them so well", I just "ee nee mee nee mai nee moh-ed" them and had Nanda stare me down. =_=" But I don't know already, so see my luck lor. Zzzz. Other than that, I like the 12 cranial nerves now, please. Then I thought I knew the myelencephalon and metencephalon. Then I got out of the exam hall only to have Jeremy *gee thanks* be more confident and I didn't remember my answer so I felt uber FML thenafter. Ah. Yes. I think I can't take this shit anymore. Well, we'll find out today/tomorrow if I passed it or not, won't we? :( :(  See my midterms next week, post so long. I needed closure for these few events to put the heart at ease. mm yeah.

/edit: onesevenpointtwofivedammit

And i've been getting them butterflies lately - eeyer.

Thank you for trusting me. I just wish I could tell the world so they'd

` picture of you

I saw this incredible bottom I wanted last week.
Then I thought I'd remember the next day. Obviously, I thought wrong.
fml. Couldn't even remember which blog - until now.
I remembered a week later and it's all gone now. Non-restockable.

Grumpy! *sulks in a corner.

***

I was going to post that up last night but got bombarded by the sixers.

=_= haha. Talk about nearly-failed surprises. *hint: lunch.

Ghetto some more! Le sigh.

Thank you, can? (:

Slept 4am; plan totally failed. And woke up for class at 8. fml.

Thank you for all the messages and sorts.

And the "I'm not nagging you today - please go sleep, can?"

Sleep now.

` in the ABC of growing up

There's been this constant urging in me to blog (=_=), these past few days. But I've been downright indolent and living the life of a slothful little kid (or in Marc's words, slob. Why you always so mean to me? meh!). Okay so maybe little kid doesn't exactly (uhm) depict my situation, because on top of all that sloth, i've been getting used to not exercising, and (well) eating slightly bigger portions (?). Fine I admit it. I eat before I go to class, I eat in between classes, and I come home and eat after class. WHY MUST I HAVE BREAKS IN BETWEEN CLASSES? Dammit. You see, if I don't have breaks, i'd pretty much be running down 'em corridoors, getting from one class to the other, but then, no, there HAS to be breaks. Darn it. Fat cheeks much? So much for my Lenten sacrifice. Think I should follow after the Michael. *Le sigh.

Must be the time of the month. :)

Fair enough *in English accent*. haha.

Now, something had me garner all my energy to come online to blog. Well, nothing good. It's just that there's this one dimwit in my class (not mentioning which class, though) who has been constantly pissing me off. Thank goodness I see the dimwit only once a week. Honestly, I try my level best to refrain from judging people based on the gestures they exhibit, or the impression they seem to leave you with, but this NINCOMPOOP (sucker that's in the dictionary ok) is so irritating, I just gave him the dagger eyes today *pats self on the back. Let me elaborate further to hasten the pace of this damned waste of my time but I need to get it out of my system story, and on why i'm hollering all about it.

This person, lets name him Watermelon (explain later), looks like one. He's far from charming, his 'sense of humour' only proves the saying "It is better to keep quiet and have people think you stupid, than to talk and confirm it", by Mark Twain right. Genius. Genius. Okay. I will not go into the gritty obvious details on how he makes me want to regurgitate each time he attempts to verbalize anything, at all. I don't judge him, based on how he looks, but based on the way he shows little (if not none) respect to our lecturer. Wait wait. He claimed that he was Wentworth Miller's twin brother (yikes man. Geli). No offense, but boy, please. I'm not perfect, neither are you. I'm not drop dead gorgeous, neither are you.

Pictures: Google

You, my dearest moron, need to cut your seriously imbecilic comments, or send yourself to oblivion. Why must we all pay for what you do? Oh and did I mention he wears Crocs? Not that I hate Crocs or have anything against them, but he's wearing the flip flop ones. In the Watermelon colour I USED TO LIKE BACK WHEN I WAS 15. Thankfully, when I was about to get that pair of pants in that exact colour, my dad said no, cos apparently I'd look like a Watermelon trying to strut into the waters of Lethe. Yeah I'm just dramatic about Lethe. Now that I see him in the flip flop crocs in that colour, I thank my dad for showing me the light. Ugh. To think that I wanted a pair of those when Crocs first launched it *smacks self.

I just need to take his ego down. One day. No wait. Why do I even bother? It's nearly the end of the semester, I'll be off and skipping the week prior to my finals, yes. I'll bottle up my reaction so that nobody gets hurt. That means you, Mr. Watermelon crocs. *evil eye stare. I'm tormented and momentarily scarred. =_= No, i'm not exaggerating, and I can name people who share similar sentiments as me. If I could speak Finnish, I would totally use that last line of the movie "Hi, this is my friend. He's a very famous escort" on him. I used escort instead of the P word, cos he's a guy, but it's a pity that no one would believe me, after looking at him. Oh yeah. That's from Confessions of a Shopaholic, btw. Shucks I can be sucha grouch, can't I? Like they say, "ain't no fury like a woman's scorn". Meh! I'm super happy now. *claps hands.

I can be as cruel as you,
fighting fire with firewood.
`Bloc Party

About the movie Confessions of a Shopaholic, it was definitely better than I expected. Prior to the preview, I had read plenty of not-so-nice reviews, so I had readjusted my expectations. No doubt it was just a typical chick flick movie, I think the ending was an ending. You know how movies hardly have proper endings nowadays? Well, this one more or less had one. The entire movie was rather predictable, though. Marc said I could be a director. o.0 Why you must kacau me? Oh and yes, it was some preview. I didn't know that the movie wasn't really out yet. Anyway, free movie and chick flick with a happy ending pretty much leaves us all satisfied. :) Least we girls know that we're not that much of a shopaholic, right? Very much to the dismay and contradicting opinions of Marc, Mike and Josh. Oh well *peace

"You sold EVERYTHING and you kept THIS?"
haha. WHAT A DRESS =_=
It was funny while it lasted and the Boys found it in them to crack up too.
Picture: Google

AND, WHAT is with Gossip Girls? First Dan Humphrey sleeps with the too-innocent-for-her-own-good Ms Carr, and now what? =_= Come on! Give the Bass a chance! "Chuck and Blair" sounds good, no? :)

Anyway, here's some really outdated pictures that I can't help, but feel the need to post. Well Josh, you'll eventually read this (or maybe not).

Thank you for being my friend.
Thank you for being my punching bag.
Thank you for being a listening ear when it mattered.
Thank you for our non-existent sampan moments!
Thank you for your non-related gossiping with us sessions.
Thank you for being my driver.
Thank you for (the list goes on).

You know la you're a good friend.
Sometimes I can't stand you, but yeah.

We're still friends.

On top of it all,
THANKS FOR BREAKING MY CAMERA in AUSTRALIA :D
and still being my friend,
Even though I secretly plotted to assassinate you right after. =_=v

*shrugs.

Another reason why we're still friends :)
You succumb to our bedazzling craze (not like you have a choice!)

Happy Birthday Munkey! It's about time :)

haha. Picture of the night :)

I can't believe our luck was so 'suey'. I mean. We had a hard time trying to find parking, and we walked right into your car, and and and thank goodness you think the way you do. ALWAYS SO CROOKED MINDED LA YOU JOSH! haha. All is good. :)

Shawn trying to pan-cute in my glasses LOL :)

On a random note, far from Muhibah. Oh well.
Why am I so lala?

I have so many pictures to post and i'm so lazy. Till the next time :)

Lovelies!

So, I let go :) with Joy
